Airtel recharge API
Airtel prepaid recharge, over a simple REST API
Sell Airtel recharges from your own app, site or retailer panel. Detect a number's circle, list the plans for it, and place the recharge with a single authenticated call.
Circle-aware Airtel plans
Airtel tariffs vary by circle, and some packs exist in only one of them. The plans endpoint returns the groups for the exact circle you pass, so your users never pick a plan that will not work on their number.
- Unlimited, data, top-up and other pack groups
- Validity and a benefit description for each plan
- Operator and circle detection from the number
Safe to retry
Send your own client_ref with each order. If your server times out and retries, you get the original recharge back rather than a second charge.

Does this cover Airtel postpaid?
No. The API covers Airtel prepaid recharges.
How do I get an API key?
Create a free account, open the API section of your dashboard and generate a key. You can restrict each key to a list of server IPs.
How is an API recharge paid for?
Every recharge is debited from your wallet at the plan price. Top up the wallet with Razorpay, and call the balance endpoint to monitor it from your own systems.
What if a recharge result is delayed?
The API returns a PENDING status. Poll the status endpoint with the recharge ID or your client_ref until it resolves.
