Refund Policy

Failed recharges

If an operator rejects a recharge, the full amount goes back to your wallet automatically.

If the result is delayed, the recharge stays pending until it is confirmed. If it fails, the amount is refunded to your wallet.

A successful recharge can't be cancelled or refunded, including one sent to a wrong number.

If money left your account but your wallet wasn't credited, email support@bottercc.com with the payment reference and we'll look into it.
